Independent jewellers are up in arms about the practices of a third-party claims specialist who they say isn’t transparent enough.Major general insurance players Tower and IAG utilise JVC Claims to assess repairs and replacements for watches, bracelets, earrings, and similar items.   IAG owns AMI, State, NZI, NAC, Lumley, and Lantern, and is the country's largest general insurer.
