Campaign group Ours Not Mines is seeking a judicial review against the Hauraki District Council's September 2021 decision allowing mining company OceanaGold the right to occupy “paper roads” in Coromandel Forest Park.The group is asking the high court in Hamilton to declare the council’s (HDC) decision unlawful, quash the decision and award costs.
