Cleaning company Canterbury Industrial Scrubbing has been fined $51,000 for uninterrupted cartel behaviour over nearly two decades.The High Court at Christchurch ruled that a fine of up to $1.25 million in the civil case would have been appropriate if it weren't for the defendants' financial circumstances. An investigation by the Commerce Commission found that Canterbury Industrial Scrubbing (CI Scrubbing) and another unnamed industrial cleaning company agreed that CI Scrubbing would only offer industrial scrubbing services.&n...
