Commerce Commission wants lines companies to report on network constraints

The Commerce Commission proposes that electricity lines companies publicly disclose information on lines capacity and constraints as the economy increasingly electrifies over the coming years.The commission sees that information as becoming increasingly important as the demand for electric vehicles puts more pressure on local networks.
