A lawsuit against Crimson Education, brought by a rival firm, has been settled out of court.Online tutoring firm Eurekly filed a $10 million suit against Crimson following a failed attempt to create a joint venture in 2018.Eurekly claimed Crimson had poached its head of product, accusing them of sharing confidential information about Eurekly’s business model.Crimson founder Jamie Beaton then filed a separate claim against Clarke for “verbal assault” in the Auckland district court.This dispute, over an incident at Auckland...
