Crimson Education co-founder Jamie Beaton has filed a civil assault claim against Eurekly director Austen Clarke.The legal move comes as their companies continue a legal spat following an attempt at a joint venture agreement.  More than two years ago, online tutoring service Eurekly launched a $10 million suit against Crimson, accusing the education firm of poaching Eurekly’s head of product Natalia Rozova.Rozova is also a defendant in the case and Eurekly accuses her of giving Crimson confidential information.The lawsuit betwee...
