A high court judge has identified key issues in the investor action over Intueri in a pre-trial judgment delivered last week. In a case filed in 2020, Intueri investors are suing 11 defendants, including ASX-listed Arowana, its directors and Intueri directors.  The education company collapsed in 2017 after inquiries into its 2015 acquisition of Quantum Education Group.
