The Commerce Commission is alleging that Jetstar misled consumers about their rights to compensation for delayed or cancelled flights.The Commerce Commission (ComCom) believes Jetstar’s communications likely discouraged consumers from seeking the compensation they were entitled to and that Jetstar likely denied legitimate claims.
