Entrepreneur Nick Mowbray’s nappy brand Rascals and Friends has taken legal action against the company’s founder, Grant Taylor, and a rival firm that now owns the Treasures brand.The high court at Auckland today heard how Rascals wants losses or foregone profits from Taylor and his father, Keith Taylor.Rascals is making a range of claims against Grant and Keith Taylor, alleging breaches of directors’ duties and breach of confidence.
