Entrepreneur Nick Mowbray’s nappy brand Rascals and Friends has taken legal action against the company’s founder, Grant Taylor, and a rival firm that now owns the Treasures brand.The high court at Auckland today heard how Rascals wants losses or foregone profits from Taylor and his father, Keith Taylor.Rascals is making a range of claims against Grant and Keith Taylor, alleging breaches of directors’ duties and breach of confidence. The company claims the Taylors made disclosures to JJK Group Limited, another nappy compan...
