Auckland businessman Murray Bolton will be allowed to isolate at home when returning from an overseas business trip, after the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment was forced to reconsider his request.Bolton, whose application to isolate at home was initially rejected by MBIE, took a judicial review last week. The high court ordered MBIE to reconsider the application, saying it failed to take into account Bolton’s age, double vaccination status, or his rights under the NZ Bill of Rights Act.
