An attempt by Bathurst Resources to strike out claims against it by its coal mining joint venture partner, Talley's Group, has failed.In a statement to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), Bathurst said it had been instructed by Judge Andru Isac to notify shareholders that its strike-out claim, heard in the High Court at Wellington on May 19, had been unsuccessful.The notification came a day after BusinessDesk complained to Justice Isac about the court registry’s refusal to put questions to him about whether a decision...
