My Food Bag has backed away from comments made by chief executive Kevin Bowler who said the firm would likely outperform the financial forecast in its initial public offer documents.In a written statement, the meal-kit company sought to “clarify remarks” made by Bowler, who told BusinessDesk the company would likely outperform its own product disclosure statement.Chair Tony Carter said the prospective financial information in My Food Bag’s product disclosure statement had been “prepared with due care and attention”...
