An already-stretched Serious Fraud Office will have to decide whether New Zealand First breached electoral law with its use of an external foundation to solicit funds.  The Electoral Commission today said it’s formed the view that the New Zealand First Foundation received donations that should’ve been treated as donations to the New Zealand First Party.
