The Commerce Commission is filing criminal charges against One New Zealand for claims that its satellite mobile service would provide 100% coverage from its launch this year.The claims were made in a campaign from April 2023 announcing the telco’s partnership with satellite internet provider Starlink, part of Elon Musk-owned SpaceX.The commission (ComCom) believes the claims of “100% mobile coverage.
