Serious boost for fraud amid justice initiatives

The Serious Fraud Office has received a chunky funding boost in Budget 2022, with targeted funding allocated for the prevention of fraud, as well as accommodation, IT and recruitment.  The agency, which is forecast to receive $13.9 million for the 12 months to June 2022, has been allocated another $18.8m over four years.
