SFO probes Christchurch businesses

The Serious Fraud Office has executed search warrants as part of an investigation into two Christchurch businesses and their owners.The white-collar crime law enforcement agency said it is investigating Alex and Aroha Tuira and their companies Ngākau Aroha Investments and Power to Me Aotearoa Tapui.The agency is seeking information from the public to help its probe, but said it won’t comment further while the investigation is underway.Alex Tuira is the sole director of Power to Me Aoteaora Tapui, which counts Ngāi Tahu chief operating off...
