It’s put up or shut up for local medicinal cannabis firms, as time runs out this week for the start up sector to get its act together.From Friday, all medicinal cannabis products will need to meet quality standards laid down under the Medicinal Cannabis Scheme which came into effect April 1 last year.This follows an 18-month grace period with provisional approvals granted for importers and manufacturers as they geared up to meet tough local quality and manufacturing requirements.
