Vector’s private fraud prosecution has been delayed because the High Court was waiting for a Supreme Court judgment which has only recently been handed down.The lines company’s case has been shrouded in secrecy since it was first filed in 2018.In a December statement, Vector said it brought the case against a company which it believed had "behaved fraudulently" with more than $1 million at stake.“This followed a whistle-blower from the company raising serious concerns with Vector.”A six-week trial was set down...
