A high court judge has ordered Viagogo to hand over documents in a long-running fair trading case brought by the Commerce Commission, but did restrict the regulator casting its net as wide as it wanted.More than two-and-a-half years ago the commission alleged Viagogo had operated its website in a misleading or deceptive manner. It said at the time the ticket reseller was its single largest source of complaints from angry buyers.Allegations include: Viagogo made false or misleading representations about ticket guarantees and supply, added c...
