NZME chair Peter Cullinane resigned abruptly just before the newspaper publisher and radio operator's annual shareholders' meeting.The brief statement, published on the NZX 16 minutes before the meeting was due to start, gave no reason for Cullinane's resignation and said that independent director and chair of the audit and risk committee Carol Campbell would chair the meeting.It said directors will discuss a new chair at a board meeting next week."The board thanks Peter for his service and wishes him well with his future endea...
