The New Zealand dollar was unmoved by comments from Federal Reserve chair Jerome Powell or NZ Finance Minister Grant Robertson or by the latest survey showing business confidence - while negative - is improving. The kiwi was trading at 64.21 US cents at 5pm in Wellington from 64.25 cents at the same time yesterday while the trade-weighted index was at 71.20 from 71.24.
