NZX’s regulatory arm has suspended QEX Logistics from trading after its independent directors resigned after the company failed to meet debt repayments.Conor English, Danny Chan and Martin MacDonald have all resigned as directors, effective immediately, citing “differences” with Jingjie (Ronnie) Xue, the company’s majority shareholder, chief executive and now sole remaining director.As a result, NZ RegCo has suspended the quotation of QEX shares as the cross-border logistics company no longer meets NZX listing rules requ...
