Restaurant group Savor says it now has the ingredients in place to reach $100 million in revenue, led by its signature brands and the evolution of ‘fast casual’ dining.That’s double its expected revenue for the current financial year of $50m and a significant increase on the $70m it is targeting within three years. Chief executive Lucien Law said that could deliver between $8m and $10m in earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (Ebitda). That’s based on expected returns from its just launch...
