Sky Network Television has been "in talks" with Wellington Regional Stadium over the effect of the covid-19 lockdown on the naming rights agreement, which saw the venue renamed Sky Stadium in January. The pay-TV operator negotiated the six-year deal for naming rights over Wellington's 'Cake Tin' in the middle of last year but revisited the fee it was to pay after sports matches and concerts were cancelled in February.
