Solution Dynamics is on the lookout for potential acquisitions as it prepares for a new future after last year’s unexpected death of long-serving chief executive, Nelson Siva.The communications services and data management company reported a profit of $2 million in the six months ended Dec 31, up from $1.4m a year earlier, which was bolstered by about $800,000 of grants, and matching its annual profit in the June 2021 year.
