MARKET CLOSE NZX 50 falls from 4-year high, OGC slips with gold price
Sept. 18 (BusinessDesk) - New Zealand shares fell, pushing the NZX 50 Index down from its highest in more than four years, as commodity prices gave up recent gains, weighing on stocks including NZ Oil & Gas and OceanaGold. The NZX 50 fell 12.75 points, or 0.3 percent, to 3804.47. Within the index, 29 stocks fell, 13 rose, and eight were unchanged. Turnover was $134 million.
