Transport technology services company Eroad shares fell 23% after it announced a shift in its focus away from North America, impairing up to $150 million of intangible assets related to the region.The shares were trading at $2.22 at midday in Wellington.US-based David Kenneson steps down from his role as co-CEO as of Oct 31.
