Perhaps it should be no surprise that Accident Compensation Corp is open to a takeover of Infratil: the workplace insurer has been selling down its stake since 2015.ACC first revealed it held 8.5 percent of Infratil, worth $17.6 million, in February 2008. Shares in the infrastructure investor were then trading at $2.35.That holding was up from the 1.5 percent level disclosed in Infratil's 2007 annual report, worth $21.6 million, or $6.58 a share, coming before that year's two-for-one share split and subsequent one-for-five rights issue....
