ASX firm snaps up NZ loyalty business Rapport Group

Australian Securities Exchange-listed loyalty scheme company Gratifii has acquired the New Zealand loyalty and brand engagement business, Rapport Group, for $500,000.In a statement to the ASX, Gratifii said it had executed a sale and purchase agreement to acquire Rapport Group.The statement said the acquisition would expand Gratifii’s NZ footprint and add about A$4.1m (NZ$4.44m) revenue with positive normalised Ebitda.Companies Office records show Rapport Group is registered in Auckland and owned by Leonie Titshall and Simon Wat...
