Aussie rules for trading halts and suspensions will be in place on the New Zealand stock exchange by the end of March. The diverging rules were exposed in February after Fletcher Building shareholders across the Ditch were privy to the information that outgoing chief executive Ross Taylor was considering his future while NZ shareholders were left in the dark when the company entered a trading halt. The NZ stock exchange (NZX) had already moved to bridge the information gap and will align its rules with the Australian securities exchan...
