The local share market was slightly lower at midday after drifting in and out of positive territory earlier in the morning as traders digested the latest Reserve Bank of Australia minutes.The S&P/ASX200 dropped at the open the climbed into the green in the first half an hour of trading, but only briefly.At noon AEST on Tuesday, the benchmark was down 14.5 points, or 0.19%, to 7,736.9, while the broader All Ordinaries had dropped 14.4 points, or 0.18%, to 7,977.9.Traders were looking through the minutes of the Reserve Bank of Australia's...
