Being AI co-founder and chief executive David McDonald resigned as director last Friday, while the company remains in a protracted period of non-trading.The gap will be filled by Paul Forno, CEO of Being AI’s logistics company Send_Global.McDonald will stay on at Being AI as CEO to continue his work leading the technology team in the development of Project Treehouse.He told BusinessDesk that he felt he could “no longer be effective” as a director but stayed on as CEO to see the best possible outcome for the tech product.&ldquo...
