Being AI has pushed out the date for conditions to be met for the $3.3 million acquisition of half of Spectrum Consulting.The acquisition of the information technology consultancy was originally expected to close on Sept 20, 2024, pending Being AI being satisfied with due diligence and “Spectrum entering into new employment agreements with the managers on terms agreeable to BAI on or before August 30, 2024”.This date has now been extended to Oct 31, 2024.BeingAI chair Sean Joyce said the delay does not indicate any change of intenti...
