Listed artificial intelligence group Being AI wants to buy a controlling stake in software-as-a-service communications firm Solution Dynamics. On Thursday morning, Being AI said a subsidiary had approached the New Zealand Exchange (NZX) listed communications firm and was considering a takeover offer. No price was disclosed.Being AI said it would acquire shares in Solution Dynamics through either a 100% Being AI scrip option or with a cash and new share offer.
