Blis Technology on trading halt to assess patent filing

Blis Technologies is on a trading halt after it became aware that a patent filing could significantly impact the company.“The company needs time to assess those impacts, including obtaining legal advice,” it said.Chief executive Scott Johnson declined to comment further but said more information would be available on Monday.The company has asked that the halt remain in place for two days.It said the restriction would be lifted when it released an announcement advising on the implications of the patent filing for the company.Bli...
