Bathurst Resources will attempt to have two sets of overlapping claims made against it by Talley’s Group Holdings thrown out when the parties meet in the High Court on May 19 for the first time since Talley’s filed its action just before Christmas.The details and scale of Talley’s claims remain unknown, and, in a statement to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), Bathurst said it would be arguing that Talley’s had misused confidential information in pursuing an “alleged prejudiced shareholder claim”. ...
