CRG to sell out of AFT Pharmaceuticals

Longtime AFT Pharmaceuticals shareholder Capital Royal Group is cashing out to the tune of $58 million while the founder's Atkinson Family Trust is also selling $3.5 million worth of shares. The company, which also announced a $10 million placement to increase liquidity and reduce debt, said CRG is selling 100 percent of its stake, or about 16 million shares, while the Atkinson Family Trust is selling approximately 1.3 percent of its current holding.  AFT is also carrying out a $2 million share purchase plan.  Both shareholders opted to s...
