The NZ Shareholders’ Association will oppose QEX Logistics’ plan to delist from the NZX saying the move reduces transparency and risks shareholders losing out.The NZ Shareholders’ Association's (NZSA) chief executive Oliver Mander said attempts to contact QEX had been unsuccessful and allowing the company to delist would just give it more room to dodge accountability.“We do not believe that there will be an enhanced opportunity for accountability if the company were to de-list,” he said in a statement.The NZSA...
