Channel Infrastructure says it could facilitate the set-up of a diesel-fired electricity generation plant to fill a potential energy shortage, but it will be for others to take the risk and the expense.Channel on Thursday reported a solid set of books for the 12 months to Dec 31.Revenue increased 7% to $139.8 million, with higher terminal fees, reflecting a 3% increase in fuel throughput, indexation and additional private storage revenue.
