Fletcher Building board will be down to five with Rob McDonald accelerating his exit

Fletcher Building director Rob McDonald will exit the building conglomerate at the end of June, along with Doug McKay. The company said on Monday that McDonald had told the board he had decided to step down on June 30, “in the interests of facilitating the acceleration of board renewal”. The Contact Energy chair is leaving Fletcher's board with Vector chair McKay.
