The government has appointed Kendall Flutey, Mark Weenink, and Steven Bardy to the Financial Market Authority (FMA) board of directors for a five-year term.Andrew Hume, a general manager at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), said the new members bring a mix of skills and experience.Hume said a range of factors had been considered, including age and ethnicity.“With the newest board members, the gender mix of the FMA board will be five men and four women,” he said.Kendall Flutey is a co-founder of Banqer,...
