Ken Wikeley is claiming victory after a Kentucky court ruled there was enough evidence of “wrong and vexatious litigation” by Owen Glenn’s Kea Investments to support a change of control of a family trust.The ruling, which is already being objected to, is the latest in a multi-jurisdiction spat between Wikeley and Kea Investments. Wikeley was found by the NZ courts to have defrauded Kea Investments. That ruling by Justice Ian Gault was obtained by default judgment, meaning it was heard before a judge, but Wikeley...
