Ken Wikeley is claiming victory after a Kentucky court ruled there was enough evidence of “wrong and vexatious litigation” by Owen Glenn’s Kea Investments to support a change of control of a family trust.The ruling, which is already being objected to, is the latest in a multi-jurisdiction spat between Wikeley and Kea Investments.
