The Financial Markets Authority has fined Equitise $7,500 for failing to file financial statements.Equitise is an Australian and New Zealand crowdfunding platform that claims to have raised $38 million for young businesses.The licensed crowdfunding provider has not provided its audited financial statements that were due to be provided by October last year, the FMA said in a statement.This resulted in the FMA issuing an infringement notice to Equitise and the regulator has imposed a $7,500 infringement fee.The regulator said financial statements...
