Cannabis company Greenfern Industries has been put into receivership. A statement to the New Zealand Exchange on Tuesday morning said Waterstone Insolvency had been appointed under a general security agreement between the listed firm and Emdex Limited. On Monday afternoon, Greenfern’s chief executive, Elizabeth Plant, and director, Kirsten Taylor, resigned from the business.
