An independent valuation of Infratil’s 48% stake in CDC Data Centres showed an increase in value of A$287 million (NZ$316m) in three months.From the prior valuation on June 30 to the latest on Sept 30, Infratil’s stake in the data centre developer has increased to between A$4.39 billion and A$5.25b, up from A$4.16b to A$4.94b.This represents a midpoint increase from A$4.52b to A$4.81b at the end of June.Infratil, an NZX-listed infrastructure investment firm, said the rise in valuation reflected increased demand for data centre capac...
