Australian securities exchange-listed poultry company Inghams announced on Thursday it plans to acquire 100% of New Zealand organic chicken business Bostock Brothers for $35.3 million.If the deal gets regulatory approval, Inghams will take full control of the Bostock Brothers brand, three freehold farms and a primary processing plant in Hastings, four hours from Inghams Waitoa operations.The transaction will be funded from existing debt facilities, the company said.“The addition of the highly regarded premium Bostock brand and team strong...
