Serko said Jan Dawson, currently chair of Westpac New Zealand and deputy chair of Air New Zealand, will replace Simon Botherway as an independent director on its board when he steps down after the annual shareholders' meeting on Aug 18.Dawson, who will step down from both the Westpac and Air NZ boards later this year, is also on the AIG NZ and Meridian boards.
