Investment house Jarden has brought its derivatives and FX broking unit OMF inhouse, ditching the name after just over two years, and is doing the same with DIY investment platform Direct Broking.The company yesterday amalgamated OMF into one of its subsidiaries, completing the integration of the business it bought in December 2018.
