The long-running corporate stoush between Pyne Gould Corp and Bath Street Capital has come to an end with Andrew Barnes agreeing to pay $13.5 million to the former owner of Perpetual Trust.The parties have been at loggerheads for years over whether the $11.9m Perpetual deal triggered further earn-out payments.
