Australia-quoted start-up Locate Technologies plans to shift its listing across the Tasman to the main board of the New Zealand Exchange using a so-called “top hat” process.The last-mile delivery company said benefits of the planned move included being able to more efficiently and freely pursue its value-creation strategy based on investing in Bitcoin.In May, Locate said it intended to build a long-term strategic holding of Bitcoin, which it believed might support future acquisitions and growth initiatives as it expanded global...
